Faulty Goods and Refunds

Faulty Goods - We hope that you will be very happy with your goods and walk many happy miles in / with them. If this is not the case and you feel there may be a manufacturing fault we will - on seeing some proof of purchase - return items to our suppliers' for assessment. Zamberlan and Brasher products come with a year's guarantee so please keep the reciept for this period of time.

Returns policy - we will offer a full refund or exchange (minus any postage costs) on items returned here in new condition
